2. Service Description

Mobile Recharge AE provides a platform for users to recharge mobile phones for various operators in the United Arab Emirates. We act as an intermediary between users and mobile operators, facilitating the recharge process.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Protect your account password and restrict access to your account
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment Terms

When you make a payment for a mobile recharge, you agree to:

• Provide valid and accurate payment information
• Pay all charges incurred by your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred
• Pay any applicable taxes related to your use of our services

All payments are processed through our secured payment gateway. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

5. Refund Policy

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for details on when and how refunds are processed. In general, mobile recharges are instantaneous and non-refundable once successfully processed. However, we will assist with failed transactions.

6. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services, user accounts, or computer systems
• Engage in any fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• Use automated scripts or bots to access our services

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobile Recharge AE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our services (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of our services.

We reserve the right to update and change these Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that are added to the current service shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of our services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
